The Swachh Haryana Citizen Mobile Application is a free tool designed for residents of Haryana to report and manage municipal service complaints. This app allows users to lodge complaints related to garbage collection, streetlights, road sweeping, nala cleaning, and public toilets. Each complaint is automatically directed to the appropriate municipality or vendor inspector based on the user's location, ensuring a streamlined process for issue resolution.
In addition to lodging complaints, the app features a 'My Grievances' section that provides updates at every stage of the resolution process. Users can view images of the resolution efforts and verify the completion of their complaints. If a citizen is not satisfied with the response, they have the option to re-open their complaints, promoting accountability and transparency in municipal services.
